Shipping Policy
UK Standard Delivery — Free All UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail.
UK Express Delivery — £6.99 Need it faster? Select express delivery at checkout for next working day delivery (orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday). Delivered via Royal Mail 24 or equivalent tracked service.
International Shipping We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of world: 7–14 working days
Please note that customers outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Slipstream Compression.
Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. Tracked services include a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@slipstreamcompression.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
